Hi, we’re Erika (AD) and Michele (CW). We’re a creative team that’s been together longer than we are willing to write here. And after so much time together, we often blur the lines between the roles so much that, by the end of any project, we can rarely say who came up with what.

A little bit more about us: we have an impeccable work ethic. We’re strategic, talented and fast, and we know how to work as independently or collaboratively as any the project demands. We’ve mentored and managed many teams, we’re excellent with clients and account services, we know how to incorporate feedback to better the work while protecting its integrity, and we still love to do the work ourselves, too.
